Early Onset/Maintenance Heart Failure

Overview

RPM 248 - Learn how to monitor patients who need maintenance for heart failure.  You will be able to monitor the patient using RPM and disease management programs.  The course will also teach about the symptoms and medical treatment needed so that you can educate and support the patient who has early onset heart failure and need maintenance for heart failure.

  1. Define Early Onset/Maintenance Heart Failure.
  2. Explain the various symptoms of heart failure
  3. Evaluate medications for maintenance of heart failure
  4. Assist with procedures when asked
  5. Provide education and resources
  6. Using RPM, monitor and document vitals and effects of medications
  7. Follow Disease Management Program on RPM devices
