Pain Management

Overview

RPM 220 - Learn how to work with clients who need pain management using remote patient monitoring. As a DrKumo Certified Connected Healthcare Worker, you will be able to help patients with medication adherence and learn the basics of patient care in for pain management.

Trainees will be able to work with clients who have Pain Management needs and use RPM for monitoring. At the end of the badge, trainees will be able to do the following:  

  1. Define Pain Management
  2. Explain the basic diagnosis/symptoms of someone with Pain Management needs
  3. Evaluate the pain management for three different types of patients
  4. Monitor a patient with Pain Management needs
  5. Educate a patient about their Pain Management  
  6. Evaluate a health chart of a patient with Pain Management needs  
  7. Enter data into RPM for monitoring a patient with Pain Management (with DMP)
  8. Evaluate DMP data of a patient with Pain Management (at critical junctions)
